The Go-ped ESR750EX is one of Go-ped's most popular electric scooters because of its capabilities, and its high quality fit and finish. Go-ped has taken the ESR750EX's successful platform and improved upon the already great capabilities. The first generation Go-ped ESR750EX comes standard equipped with Sealed Lead Acid batteries (S.L.A.), but the new ESR750EX Li is equipped with Lithium Ion batteries. Lithium Ion batteries are the newest technology for electric scooters and bikes, and these super light batteries weigh just a fraction of what S.L.A. batteries weigh. The smaller, lighter, and more powerful lithium ion batteries last three times longer than S.L.A. batteries, and they weigh less than half of the weight too. The Go-Ped ESR750EX Li is capable of increasing the range by three times as far as its predecessor the ESR750EX. The price tag is significantly higher, due to the cost of Lithium Ion batteries, but the benefits outweight the price if you are going to be using the ESR750EX Li regularly, and for many years. I tested the ESR750EX about a year and a half ago, and it was the best scooter I had ever ridden, until I rode the ESR750H hoverboard, which is the same as the 750EX but has suspension for off-road use. Now Go-ped steps up their game and introduces both models with Lithium Ion batteries instead of the primitave Sealed Lead Acid batteries. The ESR750EX Li comes base with an 8 "amp hour" Lithium Ion battery pack, and these packs can be doubled, or even tripled to increase the range exponentially. If you stack three Lithium Ion battery packs on top of each other, the ESR750EX will be able to take the rider up to 28 miles distance, in "economy" mode, on a single charge. If you double the Lithium Ion battery packs, you can travel 21 miles, when set to "economy" mode, and one pack of batteries by themselves will provide 14 miles distance on "economy" mode. Go-Ped is the producer of the highest quality scooters, and with new breakthroughs like Lithium Ion power, they can only continue to perfect perfection. Pros: -Unbelievable range -Super quick charge time -Fun to ride -Fast when set to "turbo" mode -Safe and controllable when set to "econo" mode -Highest quality available -Long battery life -Triple the amount of charge cycles, as opposed to S.L.A. batteries -Great tech team and warranty if anything happens -Made in the U.S.A. ! Cons: -Honestly, the only thing I can think of, is the price of the Lithium Ion batteries is high. -I didn't get to keep the scooter If you are interested in purchasing a Go-Ped, ESR750EX Li Lithium Ion powered Electric Scooter, you can check it out here at this Go-ped online electric scooter and bikes store. |
