However, once it arrived, I was pleased. My bike came two weeks after I ordered it and the bike seemed to be in great condition. The only complaint comes with the instructions. They were horrible and hard to figure out. We had to contact the customer service for an Softcopies manual. Now the bike is perfect. It goes really fast and is really easy to handle.
