It all began when the founder, a former banker turned inventor, Wim Ouboter, needed a vehicle that would help him get to his favorite sausage shop. Wim decided he needed a new mode of mobility suited to traveling the "microdistance" to get his daily sausage. With the scooters of his childhood on his mind, he set about making an adult version that could fold up for better portability. Eventually, Wim began creating a Kick Scooter prototype and tweaked it until it was small enough to hide in his backpack. The rest is history.

1. Micro Extreme Push Scooter

The Extreme does away with traditional Quick Release Adjustable Clamps and replaces them with a Unique Single Locking Fixed Clamp which when Locked in Place the Handlebar will remain Locked. T-Stem features Heavy Duty Locking Clamp with 4 Bolts that securely Lock the Handlebar in place with a Sandblasted Finish to ensure Optimum Grip between the T-Stem and Lower Stem. Steering Stem is made of Aircraft Grade Aluminum. Heavy Duty Long Lasting Rear Footbrake.

 

2. Micro Maxi Kick Scooter 

 

The maxi is Swiss-designed with a unique steer-and-lean mechanism that gives kids the feeling of surfing on the sidewalk. The Maxi Scooter was awarded the prestigious Oppenheim Portfolio Gold and Platinum Award Seals 2009 and was featured on the NBC Today Show on June 9, '09 as one of the 'Best Toys of Summer'. 

3.  Micro Mini Kick Scooter

The Mini was named 'Best Pre-School Scooter' by Toy Report and 'Best Outdoor Toy' by Learning Express Stores. What makes the Mini fun and unique is its quality construction and its 'lean-and-steer' design, which allows children to use their body weight to control the steering, giving them the feeling of 'surfing' the sidewalk, as they curve from right to left, almost like a skateboard.
