QUESTION & ANSWER

Question: how do you adjust the chain on a schwinn electric scooter model s-180?

Answer: On most scooters there will be a chain guide that is made of plastic or metal. You would loosen the chain tensioner and adjust it so the chain is very tight, then back it off a little bit so there is 1/4" of slack in the chain. Once you have the proper tension tighten the tensioner and you should be good.
