Question: My question regarding Schwinn Scooters is.... My son has a s350 scppter,After 3 weeks it started smoking and will not hold a charge, No one at schwinn has help me I do not have a manuel and I thought with a name like schwinn I wouldnt have a problem getting help but sadly I was wrong Please can u help
