QUESTION & ANSWER

Question: Hi I bought a mongoose scooter at a yard sale.The scooter would not go with the batteries but when it was hooked directly to the charger it had power. So we bought new batteries. The scooter still will not run even with the new batteries. Thanks.

Answer: Usually when an electric scooer runs only when plugged into the charger, you need to replace the Controller. If you contact the manufacturer, you could probably find tech support, or you can go to this Electric Scooter Parts Store online for Parts, Service locator, and "find a repair Shop in your area" feature.
