QUESTION & ANSWER

Question: I have an xtreme x-560 and speed is my taste. Is there anyway i could make it go faster than the meer 18mph its capable of?

Answer: Anything is possible, but you would probably spend more money, getting your existing scooter to go faster, than you would spend on a whole new, more powerful scooter or bike. If you want to try, you can checkout this technical forum for electric scooter and bike modifiers go here www.visforvoltage.com. If you want to go faster than  18 mph, I recommend building up an electric bicycle with the Crystalyte Phoenix Racer Electric Bicycle Motor Kit, which is the fastest unit that we know of. It is capable of accellerating to 36 mph, in just under 12 seconds. FAST!

+1 #1 jerry fitzgerald 2011-09-07 18:13 as a motorcross rider the cheapest way 2 make ur scooter go faster either decrease ur tooth numbers on the rear sprocket or increses the teeth on the front sprocket. this is my other question 2 u do u carry a larger front sprocket or a smaller rear sprocket for the rear spocket for my xtreme x-600 u have my email could u get back 2 me with that answer thanks jerry fitzgerald Quote
