Question: I recently bought a schwinn s350. when i went to plug it in to charge with the swicth OFF, im not sure if anything happen. the green light above the on/off switch did nothing. is this normal? should i charge the scooter with the on/off switch ON? thanks

Answer: You should be able to contact the company that you bought your scooter from for help. That is warranty, tech support, customer service, and potentially replacement parts from the manufacturer if it persists. Again, I can not stress enough how important it is to buy your scooters from an online company that has customer service (that actually answers the phone), BBB rating, Physical Address, and a hacker secure website. Many people buy scooters from one dealer because of their lower prices, but you get what you pay for, and by saving on the overall price, you are sacraficing all of the above, just to save a buck.
