QUESTION & ANSWER

Question: My question regarding Mongoose Scooters is....I bought a mongoose scooter at a garage sale, nice bike,
I plug in the charger and charge it for several hours, and it does not run. It runs when it is pluged in. I checked the batteries atBatteries plus, and they said they were good. Wheels turn very fast when the charger is plugged in, when it is unplugged the wheel does not turn.
