Question: Saw an s400 schwinn electric scooter at a local garage sale, asking price of $100. owner says it needs a new battery..so obviously we couldn't test it. I can't seen to find anywhere online on what the retail is for this scooter...help?? is it worth $100? he says he bought it last year and still has the battery charger for it.
