Question: IS MY ELECTRIC SCOOTER DRIVABLE IN THE RAIN? AFTER I DID THAT THE NEXT DAY I DROVE IT TO WORK AND I CHARGED IT AND WHEN I WAS READY TOO GO HOME IT WAS GOING SO SLOW MY THROTTLE WAS GETTING STUCK NOW ALL MY CHARGED LIGHTS ALL COME ON,WHEN TURNED ON AFTER CHARGED,WHEN I RIDE IT,IT GOES SLOW AND MY THROTTLE GETS STUCK. IT ALL HAPPENED PROBABLY CAUSE I RIDING IN THE RAIN YESTERDAY. PLEASE HELP ME ! THANKS.

Answer: No. Your motor is not sealed and if water gets into it, the components will deteriorate and stop functioning. You should try to dry out the motor with a fan or cool air. See if it dries out and comes back, but normally water is "the end" of an electric scooters prime drive components. The controller, throttle, and motor are all suceptible to water damage.
