QUESTION & ANSWER

Question: I had to charge battery directly no response disconnect brake safety still no throttle- plug wall charger to scooter throttle response but slow . Is the controller bad.

Answer: Your scooter should come with a manufacturers warranty that covers this. Usually when a scooter only works on the charger, and takes off full throttle when not on the charger, your controller is faulty. Contact the manufacturer to get replacement parts under warranty.
