If you are interested in Schwinn/Ezip/izip/currie/Mongoose (all the same brand, just re-branded for marketing), I would strongly recommend X-treme over any of the Currie scooters. I have found that currie has no tech support, or customer service for that matter. X-treme has a great warranty and also a very helpful customer support/technical support staff. The comparable X-treme to the mongoose that you are interested in is the X-treme X-360 electric scooter.
