QUESTION & ANSWER

Question: My question regarding Mongoose Scooters is....skooter will not work when the charger is disconnected from the skooter, skooter works when the charger is plugged in and charging. replaced controller, batteries tested good. Could it be the motor? Fuse is good mongoose m200
